dont judge a book by his cover = meaning of the idiom is ...dun judge a person by his physical looks....like his/her dress up or way of her/his communicate and something else, coz we dun know how really she/he is....even he/she looks like arrogant or something like that , u know....but we must know..all of this not show who are them...like other people acctully like us too....
